Where Your Money Goes

HMCHA uses your money wisely. We have no paid staff in the U.S., and no office. Volunteers who believe in our mission give of their time and talents to make HMCHA’s work in Ethiopia move forward to lift families out of poverty and educate children to be the leaders of the future.

Sponsorship money is used only for the sponsored children. Money for staff comes from donations in addition to sponsorships. We believe in fully supporting sponsored children, and mentors’ work is an integral part of our success. Sponsors don’t need to wonder how much of the sponsorship money is going to administration: the answer is none of it!
