The 1st Annual “Strikes for Tykes” bowling fundraiser was held on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Park Tavern Bowl in St. Louis Park, MN. 34 bowlers were spread over 8 lanes showing off their bowling skills. Those that lacked skills still had a great time 😊
This was a non-competitive event, but prizes were still given away. Whether our bowlers won a prize or not, everyone enjoyed the pizza and soda buffet.
We raised over $1700 for the kids and families HMCHA serves in Ethiopia. Besides the 34 bowlers, 16 lane sponsors added their donations. A special “shout out” to Phil Weber at Park Tavern Bowl for donating the 8 lanes for 2 hours of bowling and bowling shoes. The staff at Park Tavern was wonderful!
