We use an established third-party vendor via SSL links to manage processing of credit card and debit card numbers and expiration dates. These companies do not use this information for any other purpose. We do not store credit card and debit card numbers on our servers or systems.

We may use cookies, for example, to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include Personal Information.

HMCHA also accepts donations and payments by check. To donate using a check please mail to our address shown below in the Contact Information. HMCHA will collect your name, address, zip code from the check and hold your personal information to the same standards of privacy stated in this policy.

In order to protect our sponsored children, their families and our sponsorship communities, please use caution when sharing any videos, photos, films or similar materials. These materials are intended to be used for educational purposes and to promote HMCHA programs while protecting the dignity of the people we serve. Use of these materials for commercial purposes or for promotion of any activity other than HMCHA programs is not authorized without prior permission from HMCHA.
